Back from Hot

So we got back from Orlando on Friday.
Almost a week ago. Matteo is still getting up
at insane east coast morning hours.
Started at 3:30 am, and in a week it's at 5:30 am.
But no relief in sight...

We started in California with Marin's family

for a week of camping in the Channel Islands

off the coast of Santa Barbara, hot, dry, remote,

quiet, and a time machine back to unspoiled California.

Then to Colorado, where Marin worked for a week, and jeff amd Matteo hiked. Here's a photo of the Toot choosing rocks to throw in the river, any river. Any rock.

I'd send more but I don't understand whether I have to smallify the photos before trying to get them into a blog. I will try to get Marin to log on and tell me.
